The present paper highlighted the incidence and pathology of colibacillosis in intestine of buffalo calves. The incidence of colibacillosis affecting intestine was recorded as 23.04 per cent. Grossly, affected intestines showed haemorrhages, congestion and variable amount of mucinous exudate in the lumen. On microscopic examination, sections revealed haemorrhagic enteritis, hyperplasia of goblet cells, desquamation of lining epithelium of villi and fused, atrophied, degenerated and necrosed villi.
