Five female calves were presented with the history of hair growth on both or single eye. Ophthalmic examination revealed dermoid cyst. Auriculopalpebral, retrobulbar nerve blocks and local infiltration around the eyelids were induced using 2% lignocine hydrochloride. Cyst was peeled off along with the dermal layers containing the follicles and temporary tarsorrhaphy was performed. All the animals had an uneventful recovery.
