An experiment was conducted to screen the efficacy of 13 dilutors for straw cryopreservation of Patanwadi ram spermatozoa. Though fresh seminal attributes were optimum, the post-thaw motility and per cent recovery rate in the most suited dilutors of all the five groups of buffer ranked in descending order as TFGEG, Phos, SCGEC, LEG and SMEG.
