Clinico-physiological changes after administration of thiopentone sodium as a maintenance anaesthetic in midazolam, propofol premedicated buffalo calves (bubalus bubalis).

Abstract

In the present study Clinico-Physiological Changes in buffalo calves were recorded during anaesthesia induced by midazolam and propofol. Duration of anaesthesia was long in midazolam induced anaesthesia. No significant difference was observed in onset time of anaesthesia in both the mode of treatments.
