Seasonal prevalence of gastrointestinal helminthiasis in cattle from Kashmir valley

Abstract

In the present study prevalence of Strongyle sp. was predominant (22.73%) over Fasciola sp. (6.18%) and Paramphistome sp. (4.04%). The highest percentage (51.69%) of helminthic infection was recorded in summer season and the lowest performance was recorded in winter season (25.98%).
