The present investigation was conducted to explore the cholecystic disorder through ultrasonographical and haematobiochemical evaluations dogs of different age, sex and breed. Presence of hyperechoic double walled gallbladder indicates thickening of wall and cholecystitis. Haemato-biochemical study reveals decreased level of Hb and PCV while TLC and Neutrophils were elevated. Serum ALT and serum bilirubin level was elevated.
