A study was conducted to observe Haematobiochemical changes after administration of Thiopentone sodium as maintenance anaesthetic in Midazolam, Propofal premedicated buffalo calves. No statistical significant Haematobiochemical changes were observed except blood glucose in both the treatment groups. Blood glucose was increased significantly during administration of anaesthetic agents.
