The animals of the treatment group were administered long acting bovine insulin @ 0.25 IU/kg body weight, once daily subcutaneously for 5 consecutive days. No treatment was given in control animals. 75% insulin treated animals were induced in estrus with 83.3% over all conception. However, none induced in control group.
