The present study aimed to determine the efficacy of a comprehensive well-being intervention package delivered through 5 caregivers for the 20 elderly (11 males and 9 females) aged 75 to 90. These caregiverswere trained to enhance the physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being of the elderly through a tailor-made intervention package of six months of different modules. The training modules were designed to be flexible, allowing for modifications tailored to the specific needs of each elderly individual, most notably to enhance their daily activities and well-being. The caregivers were educated on incorporating cognitive, emotional, and daily living tasks into everyday routines. The pre-post qualitative analysis provides insight into the effectiveness of the wellbeing intervention package. The feedback from caregivers revealed improved physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning, supplemented by GHQ scores.
