Inheritance of Resistance to Wilt in Linseed

The resistance of Bolley Golden to wilt (Fusarium oxysporium f. lini Boll.) in its crosses with suscepts, E.B. 3, X4–29 and Mohoba Local, was seen to be controlled by two pairs of complementary genes while the resistance of N.P. (R.R.) 200 in crosses with the same suscepts was found to be governed by two pairs of dominant duplicate factors. Thus, the factors carried by Bolley Golden for wilt resistance appear to be different from those in N.P. (R.R.) 200.
