The performance of 15 hybrids involving three mala sterile lines of bread wheat and five restorer lines has been studied in relation to that of standard variety, Kalyansona. Eight out of the 15 hybrids showed significant superiority over Kalyansona for single plant yield, ranging upto 46% in m. s. 4696 × R. 1359.
