The utility of leaf protein concentrate, pressed residue and expressed fluid is evaluated on the basis of amino-acid composition and feeding tests LPC was found to be as good as or better than Fish meal or oilcakes for poultry and children. An integrated approach to the use of leaf protein for human and animal nutrition is advocated.
