Evaluation of Pigeonpea Genetypes Under Sole and Mixed Cropping

Pigeonpea genotypes varying in plant type and maturity were evaluated under pure stand and under mixed cropping to find out their response under three growing situations. The late maturing types appeared more suitable for mixed cropping. Among the late types, the late spreading types were superior to late erect types.
