The field screening of 88 soybean cultivars gave the indication about the possible source of genetic resistance against yellow mosaic disease in soybean, Cultivars, viz., EC-107014, EC-107003 and EC-100777 appeared to be resistant and may be useful in breeding programme aimed at advantageous manipulation of genetic resistance against yellow mosaic disease in otherwise suitable varieties.
