Abstract

Seeds of wheat and triicale were irradiated with 15 and 30 kR doses of gamma rays. The treated seeds along with the controls were planted in a crossing block. Crosses were made and the seed set recorded. in all the crosses, seed set increased at 15 kR and decreased at 30 kR as compared to the control.
