Distant hybridization in genus Vigna–A review
Abstract
Wide crosses in Vigna viz., mungbean x black gram,mung bean x V. radiata var. sublobata, black gram x V. mungo var. silvestris, mung bean x rice bean, and moth bean x V. trilobata, are described in detail in this review, while other wide crosse. are dealt in briefabout their utility in crop improvement.
