The method of analysis of diallel crosses when one or two observations are missing has been developed for Griffing Method I, II and III. The formulae for obtaining estimates of various parameters involving the missing line or otherwise along with their estimates of variances are given. The ANOVA tables for combining ability analysis for all the three methods are also presented. It has been observed that extension of the technique for more than two missing observations is quite simple and straight forward.
