(a) Different methods of litchi fruit storage at room temperature have been tried.
(b) Treating the fruits in 0.5 per cent copper sulphate for three minutes and keeping them in perforated polyethylene bags has been found to keep very good colour and appearance for six days.
(c) Utilisation of these results for marketing the fruit have been discussed.
