Abstract

An experiment was conducted at the Horticulture Farm of S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Jobner, during the year 1965, to evaluate the response of four concentrations each of IAA and GA by seed treatment on germination, growth and yield of okra var. ‘Pusa-Sawani’. It was observed that the plant regulators used had helped in better germination, growth and yield. GA was found superior to IAA for the characters observed.
