Abstract

The Rusults of the test proved that carbaryl was the best residual insecticide, against mango hopper followed by fenitrothion and dimethoate. Although initial-toxicity of other tested insecticides was also comparable. Endosulfan was inferior to all the other insecticides tested except dichlorovos, which falls in the last.
