Correlation and regression studies were conducted on a collection of radish. varieties. Significant positive correlation of weight of root with length of root, the number of leaves and weight of foliage were observed. Partial regression of root yield on root length was significant and coefficient of determination was high and significant. Hence root length is the most important contributory factor of root yield.
