Abstract

Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe contents of three cultivars of mango were compared in the leaves borne on fruiting and non-fruiting terminals. Zn content was significantly higher in Dashehari as compared to Chausa. In case of Cu, Lucknow Safeda had significantly higher amounts as compared to Chausa. All the three cultivars were at par in respect of their Mn and Fe contents. Fruiting and non-fruiting terminals were found to differ in their Cu and Fe contents in Dashehari and Zn and Mn contents in Lucknow-Safeda cultivars.
