Abstract

A trial was undertaken to induce rooting in the stool layers of indigenous peach Tootstock ‘Behmi’ at Fruit Research Station, Kandaghat during 1976 and 1977. IBA treatment encouraged percentage of rooted shoots, number and length of roots and survival of the rooted layers. IBA 5000 ppm appeared to be best treatment.
