The effect of GA3, IBA and their combinations; poultry manure and cattle urine on vegetative characters, yield and nitrogen content of three potato varieties namely Kufri Dewa, Kufri Jyoti and K. Chandramukhi were studied. GA3 5 ppm was found to be superior among all treatments in enhancing the shoot emergence, plant height, nitrogen content, and number of seed size tubers but yield was more in GA3 1 ppm treatment. The highest yield was in cattle urine 2 per cent followed by GA3 1 ppm and GA3 1 ppm + IBA 10 ppm.
