The bunch attributes of twenty three varieties of grape were studied to assess the extent of variability for these characters. For all the seven traits a wide range of variation was recorded. Maximum phenotypic and genotypic co-efficients of variation was recorded for number of bunches/vine. It was indicated from the genetic advance and heritability values that number of bunches/vine and berry weight will respond to selection and these traits are controlled by additive gene action.
