The root and shoot characters of cuttings were influenced by the different trees and 1BA application in both types of cuttings. Some Trees gaves positive response and some gave negative for IBA application at 4000 ppm. Semi-hardwood cuttings rooted and survived better and produced profuse root system as compared to hardwood cuttings.
