The experiment was conducted to find out the best seson and growth regulator concentration to enhance the bud take in lemon var. Kagzi Kalan for large scale multiplication. Among the four seasons tried for budding, March and September were found to be better as compared to May and July with regard to the percentage success and overall growth of the buddings. Kinetin 20 ppm had given very encouraging results.
