Studies were conducted with the objective to produce virus-free planting material of Nagpur mandarin by in vitro shoot tip grafting (STG) technique. Inverted T cut and apical triangle cut methods were used for STG. The overall grafting success on rough lemon rootstock was 36.67 per cent. The apical triangle cut method yielded more frequency of successful grafts in comparison to inverted ‘T’ cut method. Shoot tip grafted plants of Nagpur mandarin were further grafted on one year old vigorously growing rough lemon and Rangpur lime rootstocks. Double grafting success of 64.21 per cent was achieved.
