A study was conducted with 16 gladiolus varieties to study the association among 14 characters. All the significantly associated characters were positively associated. Plant height along with cormc haracters such as corm weight, number ofcormels, weight of single carmel and weight of cormels per plant could serve as selection indices in gladiolus improvement programme.
