Genetic divergence of yield and its components in bush bean

The genetic divergence among 30 bush bean cultivars was estimated using D² and canonical analyses. Altogether, 8 clusters were formed. Geographical isolation has not contributed towards genetic divergence in French bean. The characters pod length, pod breadth, number of branches and plant height had contributed 82% of variation towards total divergence.
