Abstract

Field experiments were conducted in soft-seeded pomegranate trees grown in acid soils to improve the yield and quality through the application of soil amendments. The results showed that application of dolamite in two splits in a year significantly increased the number of fruits and fruit weight besides enhancing the TSS, reducing sugar, non-reducing sugar, acidity and ascorbic acid content in juice.
