Abstract

Application of different levels of potassium significantly increased the N, P, K, Zn and Mn contents of mango leaf, but decreased level of Fe. Among different levels of potassium, K1500 g/plant/year showed maximum content of N, P, K, Zn and Mn in mango leaf. The content of N, P, K, Zn and Mn of mango fruit were also increased with the application of K whereas Ca and Fe contents significantly decreased. Higher doses of K showed maximum content of Zn, Mn, P and K in mango fruit, whereas application of K250 g/plant/year showed maximum content of N in mango fruits.
