The experiment was conducted to find out the effect of girdling, brushing and gibberllic acid on maturity and quality of grape cv. Perlette. Trunk girlding along with brushing of bunches in combination with gibberellic acid resulted in improved quality of grapes as these increased berry size, TSS and reducing sugars, and reduced the percentage of shot berries and acid content. Girdling of main trunk along with brushing of bunches advanced the maturity period at least by a week. However, no additive effect was observed when these were combined with GA3 treatment.
