Correlation coefficients were computed among different characters of tomato in three different sets viz., Kharif (n = 132), Rabi (n = 132) and both the seasons (n = 264). Number of locules was significantly and positively associated with plant height and fruit equatorial diameter in all three sets, whereas, it had negative and significant association with fruit polar diameter and flesh thickness in all the three sets. The association of fruit equatorial diameter with average fruit weight and fruit volume was positive and highly significant in all the three sets. In all the sets, number of primary branches had significant and positive association with plant height and negative and significant association with days to 50 per cent flowering. The association of number of locules with days to 50 per cent flowering, number of primary branches, average fruit weight and fruit volume was inconsistent over three sets.
