Abstract

An experiment was conducted in ramdomized block design at Agricultural Research Station, Durgnpura, Jaipur for three years to find out the suitable dose of nitrogen with and without biofertilizer (Azospirillum) in onion var. RO-1. On the basis of pooled data for three years, it is concluded that 75% recommended dose of nitrogen alongwith Azospirillum application gave significantly highest onion bulb yield (328.4 q/ha) and net return of Rs. 31,287/ha with a B:C ratio 1:10.
