Abstract

On 13 March 2013, B.N. Dhal, The Regional Director of Education, Bhubaneswar, asked the principals of 187 colleges, mostly Science Colleges, to stop admission procedure because of their failure to meet the minimum faculty and infrastructure requirements. How can we expect the socially desired scientific quality in education? American and European societies, and psychologists state that teachers are recruited for conceptualization of and skill in subject content to build mastermind in students. But Indian students are taught by implying them for uprooting field grass. How can they be made technically mastermind? In the second week of March2013, the U.P. C.M. distributed more than ten thousand laptops worth rupees 19000/-only so as to develop scientific and technical knowledge in higher secondary level of students. What about the CMs and the students of other states? Samsung Smartphone in New York unveils Galaxy S-IV, an 8-core phone in which web page can be scrolled by eyes and by simply swiping their hand from up-to-down in air. Could India have constructed such a new technical system? Recently, the value of 1Rs. is 66 times less than 1US $. How many chocolates of America can an Indian buy for one rupee? And, how many of Indian children can be made happy for one rupee? U.N. Chief Ban Ki Moon says that violence is not the answer of any problem and the ‘killing ’must stop. Then, how must the ‘Killing ’stop? United States and NASA have sent its Robot to the moon, which search new elements such as C, S and others. Why can't India initiate this sort of advancement? India's relationship with Pakistan and an international relationship is another great challenge. Making of Anti-Rape-Bill-2013 passed by Loksabha on 19 March 2013 for women's safety had started on 16-Dec-2012, but the Government of India is still suspending around punishment even after more than three months. How can the Indian culture be a model for the world? How can we re-establish the golden bird society of India? The present research article attempts to reveal some facts based on current burning issues.
