Spirituality is considered as a way of living in the current times. It is based on one's set of perceptions and beliefs and it influences one's way of living. Spirituality is considered multidimensional in nature and it is a complex phenomenon. A connection between spirituality and mental health has been recognized in Eastern cultures. Since ancient times it is relentlessly believed that spiritual engagements further a sense of well-being and reduce depression or anxiety. Spirituality also enhances self-esteem of individuals. In this study, an effort was made to examine the relationship of spiritual well-being with anxiety, depression and self-esteem. A sample of 120 post graduate students was taken belonging to the age range of 22–24 years. Psychological tools used included: Spiritual Well Being Scale, Beck Depression Inventory, STAI Form Y 2 and Self Esteem Scale. Factor analysis used to study the relationships of depression, anxiety, self-esteem. Regression analysis was be used to further study the predictors of SWB.
