For this purpose, data were collected on 100 students studying in IIM institute, and belonged to different states in India. Appropriate scales were used to measure the variables included in the study. Correlational Analysis was used to analyze the data. Results revea that student, with a higher level of cultural intelligence has significant correlation between adjustment and well-being, whereas this relationship was insignificant for those with low cultural intelligence. Moreover, the difference between the two correlation coefficients was significant at 0.01 level. The results so obtained have been discussed along with theoretical framework and empirical evidence.
