Abstract

Democracy is not only a type of system, it's a culture of human being, which represents different voices, different pluralist culture of the people of a Country, that's why the system popularly known as the “government of the people”, or the “power of the people” it is the only system where the people can change the Government through casting their votes in the peaceful manner as they wish. It has very ancient history background, and at the same time modern era has been called as “Democratic Era” where the most of the countries followed by this system. In Indian Political Parties and Democracy are like two faces of the same coin the will and the voice of the people will be heard by political parties which acts like mediator and agent of the government and the people. In this regard the role of the political parties increasing by stage by stage. Without political parties nowhere in the country Democracy is existed.
