This study aimed at examining the effect of perceived occupational health on job satisfaction and job performance of industrial personnel. The study was conducted on a randomly selected sample of 300 technical supervisors and blue-collar workers operating in a large locomotive and an aluminium-product industry. Psychometrically standardized tools of measurement were employed to assess the extent of perceived occupational health, job satisfaction and job performance. Statistical analyses of the obtained data revealed that perceived occupational health puts significant positive effect on employees’ job satisfaction and job performance. The results indicate that employees’ job satisfaction and performance level enhances with improving state of occupational health. The results also suggest that perceived occupational health predicts employees’ job satisfaction more largely than their job performance.
