Abstract

The business scenario in Post Covid-19 pandemic phase has undergone a sea change. A number of employees lost their jobs during Covid 19 and organizations faced big loss in the business. Reports have revealed that running the organizations in a comfortable way is a big challenge at present as Covid-19 pandemic badly disturbed the global economy causing numerous problems for the people as well as the administrations of the different countries. India is also not untouched by this. So, to run the organizations effectively after Covid 19, adapting situation relevant HR strategies is imperative to meet the problems of organizations. It means that organizations have to re-look at their HR practices. They have to incorporate changes on an urgent basis in the light of changing scenario and needs to run the organizations in a profitable manner. In view of the above, the present article discusses ways and means to save employment while remaining a profitable organization.
