Fibroadenomas are benign tumours found in females of reproductive age. While exact aetiology is ill understood, oestrogen imbalance is considered the main factor. Higher occurrence in those taking oral contraceptives has been reported in many studies. Multiple fibroadenomas in a young un-married girl in unilateral breast is not common. Fibroadenomas are diagnosed by clinical features and confirmed by FNAC. They are mostly treated by excision done safely via peri-areolar or Sub-mammary incision depending upon the site of the fibroadenomas in the Breast. Subareolar mastectomy is rarely required as progression to malignancy is negligible in younger
