Cataracts resulting from blunt ocular trauma present unique diagnostic and surgical challenges. This case report discusses a 15-year-old boy who sought medical attention one year after sustaining blunt eye trauma. His left eye showed diminished vision due to a partially absorbed traumatic cataract with posterior synechiae. We detail the surgical approach employed to address this unusual presentation, highlighting the need for tailored surgical strategies to achieve optimal visual outcomes.
