A technique is described for construction of complete denture in one appointment using visible light-cured resins. Conventional denture therapy is a physical and psychological trauma for geriatric, medically and physically compromised patients as it requires multiple visits. Also conventional heat cure denture includes hypersensitivity (residual monomer) and increased porosity as added disadvantages. This alternative treatment not only reduces laboratory, dentist, and patient's time but also reduces the porosity and tissue hypersensitivity as it is a monomer free denture. An added advantage is that it gives psychological satisfaction and provides good aesthetic as teeth placement is done directly in the mouth.
