To present a rare case of mandibular fourth molar (PARAMOLAR). Paramolar teeth might cause dental abnormalities such as delayed eruption or impaction of permanent teeth, malposition of the supernumerary teeth or displacement of adjacent teeth. The paramolar is a kind of supernumerary tooth.
