Benign focal fibrous hyperplasia is frequently seen in oral cavity. The great majority of these overgrowth represents traumatic/inflammatory rather than neoplastic origin. This article reports a rare case of fibroma in 22 year old male patient in relation to third molar region. The article addresses the diagnosis, clinical, histological features and treatment for traumatic fibroma.
