Previously association between Celiac disease (CD) and malignancy in childhood was not considered likely. However, few recent case reports have highlighted the association between CD and malignancy in children. We report a case of 3 year boy who was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 2 years. Within a year of diagnosis of CD he developed abdominal distension, fever, skin rash, with persistent high leukocyte count and was diagnosed as a case of Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia (JMML). To the best of our knowledge there has been no previous case report of concurrent JMML in a child with CD.
