Abstract

Syphilis is an infectious disease which is sexually acquired or vertically transmitted. Oral lesions in secondary syphilis are common in association with general symptoms and cutaneous eruptions. However, exclusive oral manifestations are uncommon as seen in our case. The patient responded to injectable benzathine penicillin with clearing of all lesions.
