Interventional procedures in ent during the covid-19 pandemic

Objectives: To provide a brief and precise review of management of patients requiring interventional procedures in ENT during covid-19 and the precautions required to be taken by ENT surgeons while performing them. Data Sources: The ENT cochrane, pubmed and web of science databases were searched and the words ‘covid-19’, ‘sars cov-2’ and ‘ENT’ were used in conjunction with ‘interventional procedures’. Conclusion: Non urgent procedures must be deferred. Having complete knowledge about the cases requiring interventional procedures in ENT and the precautions required to be kept in mind while performing them is a must.
