Multi Nucleated Giant Cells in Benign Phyllodes Tumor: A Case Report

Abstract

Phyllodes tumors are stromal tumor breast accounts for 0.3- 1% of all primary breast tumors. It is classified as benign, borderline and malignant and important for direct the prognosis. Multi-nuclear giant cells are a rare finding in Phyllodes tumor.

We are presenting a case of Phyllodes tumor with multi-nuclear giant cells in a stromal background highlights the predicament in classification. We hereby report a case of benign Phyllodes tumor with presence of multinucleated stromal giant cells.
